This is about a global it-company with 1400 employees. For a long time they have been living according to an outdated vision and some outdated and unspecific values.
This is apparent on a daily basis in that there is a lack of commitment about decisions and meetings from the management.
The company decides to discover their unique and very own vision, values and mission.

Evaluation
The company told us that it had not been possible to find their unique vision, values and mission without the help of Cherazz. They got around everything in a completely different way than what they were able to themselves, and at the same time the process initiated many future strategic considerations and measures.
