The manager and owner started Cherazz, as she wished to contribute with greater success criteria for companies and wished to supply resources to companies, managers and heads – to thereby achieve action and job satisfaction – which all gives more energy and efficiency/growth.

All this from her countless experiences with companies, which do not manage to make use of their core competences – their full potential. They do not know which goal they are chasing and when they find it, there are inner barriers, which function as obstacles for it. The consulting is often done through a lengthy partnership and supplies the whole company the strategic guidelines and vision, mission and values at group level and takes at the same time care of cementation and approval of it by the individual head in the management coalition.
